Rectifier Transformer

For minimal ripple effect and voltage drop, AEI also brings to you the rectifier transformer under the special application transformer category. We manufacture an array of rectifiers with both, three phase and six phase transformers being a part of our product line. Along with this, we use premium quality diodes and thyristors in the same tank to provide our customers with an efficient work rate from the transformer. Rectifier transformers can specifically cater to the electroplating industry. AEI’s pyramid rectifiers are available with the maximum range of 3000A.Dc as an output.

Isolation Transformer

The very modernly designed isolation transformer from AEI has a core with ingenious properties which exhibits sufficient leakage inductance to minimize noise with a proper transfer of fundamental properties. Moreover, this product uses a split winding construction as bifilar corrections in order to reduce the looping capacitance of winding along with a shielded enclosure which totally blocks electronic noise and minimizes static charges as well as R.F. noises. Our isolation transformer basically has a special capability to create a separately derived source to combat current loops in order to eliminate unnecessary common mode noises. Neutral Grounding Transformer

AEI manufactures state-of-the art neutral grounding transformers, which are made using a combination of single-phase grounding transformers and neutral grounding resistors (NGR). High Voltage Breakdown Tester

AEI manufactured quality high voltage breakdown testers apply a high voltage across a specimen of insulation under test through a high voltage transformer making them ideal for carrying out high voltage breakdown tests in any work environment. Demagnetizer

The demagnetizers of AEI make have the ability to produce strong alternating current inside the window, where work pieces are passed through to remove magnetism from these pieces. Moreover the superior technology used at AEI allow s our demagnetizers to be both, powerful and efficient at the same time in order to remove magnetism from materials such as die steel, spring steel, high speed steel, bearing steel and mild steel. We are flexible when it comes to living up to your needs and that’s why our demagnetizers come in various sizes and specifications, from being used for inline production process to fitting a roller conveyer from inside the window for continuous operation in production.

Induction Heater

Our revolutionary induction heaters are indispensable for heating applications of bearings, gears, motor housings, sleeves and couplings. Our heaters are especially invaluable for fitting bearings in a non-destructive manner. For this purpose all our induction heaters are outfitted with digital non-conductive thermal sensors and automatic cut-off timers to ensure the equipment's safety in any circumstance. Another safety precaution that our heaters utilize are auto-demagnetizer circuits and the usage of high frequency flux to prevent any unwanted demagnetization.

Air Cooled Transformer

AEI manufactures ‘F’ & ‘H’ class dry transformers with insulation up to 2000 KVA, 11 KV. Our dry transformers conform to IS: 11171 The transformers are housed in a ventilated enclosure of suitable IP class with provision of taps on HV side in suitable steps and controlled by either off-circuit link or On-load tap changer. The termination can be Bare Bushings, Cable Boxes or Bus Duct. Dry type transformers are low maintenance and fire proof. These transformers can be installed in any condition like dust, humidity, salt and chemical laden environment. Due to their ability to with stand fire and the self quenching properties of the material helps in containing fire and is suitable for installation close to load center.
